At Snackon, customer satisfaction is our priority. We take great care in preparing and delivering fresh snacks, sweets, and special products.
Return Eligibility
Due to the perishable nature of food products, returns are generally not accepted once an order has been delivered.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. To help us review the issue, you may be asked to provide photographs of the product and packaging.
Refunds
Refunds may be considered in the following situations:
Incorrect product delivered
Product damaged during delivery
Product quality issue verified by our team
Order cancelled by Snackon due to unavailability
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they are processed or dispatched. Once an order has been prepared, packed, or shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
Customized & Special Orders
Customized products such as Birthday Cakes, Christmas Cakes, Wedding Orders, Festival Packages, and other special-order items are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has started.
